Brittany Cocozza
Owner | Interior Designer
True passion for innovative design is what drives Brittany to strive for excellence in any interior project she encounters. An Atlanta native, Brittany moved to Sarasota to pursue her BFA in interior design from Ringling College of Art & Design and studied modern and classical design in Italy. Now, twenty-four years into her profession and having two children, she will tell you her design has evolved into a better understanding that “great spaces have to be both practical and aesthetically amazing!” She is passionate about design and enjoys the diversity and challenges each workday brings. Combining the old with the new, modern with traditional, mixing it up a bit to get something familiar but different, are a few design approaches she enjoys. She has an unusually keen eye for color, small details, and a certain obsession, she admits, for furniture. “I’m energized by my clients, and I love to inspire them and transform their living spaces into meaningful environments!”
Isabelle Jacobsen
Interior Designer
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Isabelle earned her degree in Architectural Studies with an emphasis in Interior Design from the University of Missouri, along with a certificate in Sustainable Design. With a strong appreciation for architectural character and craftsmanship, she is inspired by historic spaces, European towns, and the thoughtful details that give a home depth and meaning. Isabelle believes that great design lives in the layers, the materials, patterns, and subtle elements that quietly set a space apart. Specializing in luxury residential homes, she approaches each project with creativity and intention, balancing her clients’ vision with fresh ideas that elevate the overall design. She values collaboration and trust throughout the process, striving to build relationships that extend well beyond the completion of a project. For Isabelle, designing a home is about more than aesthetics, it’s about creating a space that feels personal, inspiring, and timeless. When she’s not working, she finds inspiration through travel, time on the water, and exploring beautiful places that continually shape her creative perspective.
